Set in the midst of the breathtaking wide-open alpine neighborhood, surrounded by soaring peaks and stunning glaciers, this cozy log cabin offered us a tranquil retreat from the world.The family-friendly amenities like the very nice kids play area and public tennis courts at the Recreation Centre kept us entertained throughout our stay. We were thrilled to find maps and books on hiking in the area for sale at the front desk, perfect for planning our outdoor adventures.The rustic appearance of the lodge, along with the provided oatmeal packets and granola bars, added a homely touch to our vacation. The cozy balcony overlooking the Rockies was a favorite spot for enjoying a cup of tea while soaking in the views.The staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness made us feel right at home, ensuring we had a memorable and relaxing experience. As a landscape photographer, I appreciated the opportunity to explore the stunning surroundings and capture their beauty.
